There are 12 months in a year, not 23.

Since I was a 10th grader in High school I have had this wonderful plan to study abroad in England. It didn't work out then so I told myself to never pass up the opportunity in college.
My Freshman year in college I met one of my closest friends who happened to be from England. This only made my interest in studying abroad, grow. I expressed interest in the program right away and decided to stay on track with it. I knew when I needed to apply by, I knew which University I would be attending and I knew that's exactly what I wanted to do.

March of 2012 I visited England. When I left, I knew I wasn't saying good-bye to England, but instead I was saying, I can't wait to call you my home. There was no way I wasn't pursuing my dream to study abroad.

It's now January of 2013, a year away from studying abroad in England. I applied at the end of December. It's killing me, but I have to wait until late March/early April to have an interview and after that is when I find out if I've been accepted into the program. Really, it's nearly killing me to wait. I usually wish time to go slower, but in this case, let's get movin'! Like anyone else this anxious to study abroad, I haven't stopped looking at Lincoln University's website (the school where I will be studying). It is SO dang confusing. Their academic calendar is a long list and their dates are, day/month/year not month/day/year. You don't wanna be the person trying to figure out how the heck there are 23 months in a year all of the sudden. After finally figure out that situation, I started reading their events. All I wanted to know was when the semester starts and all I could find were dates for "Formal Timetabled Activity". WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? So, anyways, as excited as I am there are also some frustrations I need to over come.

I can't wait to find out if this is what I am meant to do next year. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is paying for the bathroom and running into people because in Europe walking on the right side, is indeed the wrong side.
